Big Red Ride

Get Ready for the Big Red Ride and Run


On Saturday 17 January 2015 put your muscles behind Muscular Dystrophy and join us for the Big Red Ride and Run.

Starting in Wigley Reserve at Glenelg, the course travels along the beautiful coastline to Outer Harbour offering amazing ocean views. Choose to ride the full course at 48 kilometres or complete a 5 or 10 kilometre run or walk.

Choose from the following options:

Red Ride 48KM
Ride the full length of the course from Glenelg to Outer Harbour and back
$90.00 Adult / $40.00 Child (6-12) / Jersey included in price

Red Run 10KM
Run a 10 kilometre course from Glenelg to Henley Beach and back
$50.00 Adult / $40.00 Child (6-12) / Singlet included in price 

Red Run 5KM
Run a 5 kilometre course from Glenelg to West Beach and back
$50.00 Adult / $40.00 Child (6-12) / Singlet included in price

Why You Should Put Your Muscles Behind Muscular Dystrophy


Did you know that Muscular Dystrophy affects 1 in 1000 people? With an estimated 20,000 Australians who have some kind of Muscular Dystrophy condition and no cure available, we need your help to raise money so we can provide services to those living with a neuromuscular conditon. By fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy South Australia you will help us provide services to our clients and members that include camps, support groups, counselling, equipment and respite for family members.
